Before coming to us, Made and True had DIYed their branding a few times, but didn't feel like it reflected their true style, as well as the level of quality and professionalism customers receive when interacting with and purchasing from the brand. We created a custom identity based with high-end typography and an understated, neutral palette that won't compete with a bride's wedding color palette. The result is a brand that feels like a true black tie affair.

Made and True is a husband and wife team that makes high quality, modern signage for weddings. They had amazing success selling through Etsy, Instagram, and TikTok, but were spending enormous amounts of time answering DMs and organizing orders. We worked together to create a site that was polished and professional, with a streamlined experience for both their customers and for their team. Because nearly every product they have requires personalization, we customized a Shopify app that has allowed them to have their highest order volumes ever, with plenty of time to manage them.
