Polly Wales is truly a one-of-a-kind jewelry brand and they were ready to have a digital presence that reflected that. After working with Anna McKendrick on a new brand, they came us to complete the full branded experience for their customers. They asked for email templates that would be the "coolest thing their customers had seen all day." And with their incredible product photography and unique branding, we did just that. We created templates for new collection drops, education about the brand, a welcome series, and more. We added links to make it easy to shop by category to increase conversions. And we also created a full suite of Shopify transactional emails to round out the brand touchpoints.
